From the decor, to the beautiful modern farmhouse decor, the peaceful ambiance, the wonderful service, to the freaking multiple choice options of food!!!!!!!! I got the Benedict Sampler where you can taste all of the Egg Benedict options. I felt like I was in paradise!!!!!! I'm one of the hardest people to please on food!!!!! It met all of my expectations and expectations I didn't know I had because nothing ever pleases me like this. I literally asked for the owner or top chef. So we spoke with Mr. Ray and I told him how I was soooo very pleased!!!!! I'm here traveling on business from ATL and I'm so mad this place is not in ATL!!!! All the so-called grand restaurants in ATL charging these ridiculously high prices for barely ordinary food is crazy when the food at Bubbly Hen was top notch and sooooo amazing!!!! ”

It was cooked well, not oily, and the waffles were flavored well and crispy. I would have liked a little bit more spice or salt, but I corrected this with hot sauce on the chicken. ”

“ Stopped in Montgomery traveling back to VA from LA, woke up and Googled restaurants near me. Luckily Bubbly Hen was the 1st to pop up and less than 10 minutes from hotel. Very pleasant and modern atmosphere! Our server was Ray, he had a very fun, and upbeat personality. The food was absolutely delicious My husband ordered the whole grain pancakes and the breakfast platter. I couldn't help but steal his white cheddar grits. I opted for the breakfast quesidilla and hearty hash. The cappuccino was so creamy and smooth, my husband had the fresh beet and ginger juice. We ordered some Beignets to go, but not before sneaking a taste. They were hot, crispy and had the perfect cinnamon and sugar mix. I wish they had a Bubbly Hen in Virginia! ”
“ What a nice atmosphere. The staff were friendly and made wonderful recommendations. I had a pretty good blueberry muffin and an old fashioned to start. My drink was missing the orange peel and the maraschino cherry, but the drink itself was made correctly. The shrimp and grits were truly the highlight. The grits were creamy and the roux was flavorful. They gave me a piece of toast, but a biscuit would have just set this all the way. I would definitely go back if I were in the area. ”
